Zanasi USA introduced three new items at the Pack Expo in January 2006; the new Jet4000 CIJ system, a new 4" tall High Resolution print head and a 48 Dot DOD Print Head that can print Text and,or Logos up to a 128.58mm in height.

    The Jet4000 CIJ system is a newly designed system that will allow you the customer to print up to 4 lines of text and 2-D bar Codes.  The ink delivery system was revamped, along with real-time viscosity monitoring to give more reliable printing and lower consumption on fluids.

This new unit is able to print up to 4 lines of text, up to 15 times bold, Real time production reports and it is able to print bar codes.  This new design has a single key start/stop button, and many new features.

    The 4" High Resolution Print Head will be able to compete with the label print and apply equipment industry.  The new Hi-Resolution print head will be able to print all most anything that a label printer can.  Whether it be 2-D barcodes, vertical text, designated text fields, and at fractions of the cost of applying a label to your product.

This new head will print clear and scan able barcodes, Bold up to 10 times, one to five lines of text, real time production times and dates, expiration dates, and much, much more.

    The 48 Dot DOD Print Head will allow you to print logos as high as 5.062 inches or 128.58mm tall, and can print from one to 6 lines of text.  This Print Head can print on most items that is porous.
