Zanasi USA offers the ModulPrint system.  The ModulPrint system offers flexibility in running either multiple DOD print heads, multiple High-Resolution print heads, or even both simultaneously.  Below you will find some features on this system.

ModulPrint features:

1.    Independent management of up to 512  7-dot print heads, 256 16-dot print heads and Hi-Res heads, or any combination of heads.

2.    Print heights from 1/4" to 3/4" for 7-dot head.

3.    Print heights from 5/8" to 2 3/8" for 16-dot head.

4.    Hi-Res print hieghts from 1/2" to 4"

5.    Automatic date and time, and shift code.

6.    Incremental and decrement counters.

7.    RS232, RS422, and RS485 serial communications.

8.    BCD message editing.

9.    100 message storage per head.

10.   26 logo creation and storage in console.

11.   Separate photocell and encoder ports.
